چکیده
Cellulose-degrading bacteria were identified from distillery lees, and the strains optimized for fermentation enzyme production, providing effective resource utilization of lees developing cellulase. Based on univariate test, response surface test was used to optimize production conditions fermentation. The screened strain JZ2 had a clear circle-to-colony diameter ratio 2.0. activities exoglucanase, endoglucanase, β-glucosidase 4.341 ± 0.05 U/mL, 1.874 0.04 0.739 0.02 respectively. bacterial colonies large, cells’ morphology rod-shaped. We Bacillus cereus (JZ2) 16S rDNA sequence homology phylogenetic tree analysis as belonging genus in thick-walled phylum. optimum cellulase time 2 d, rotation rate 180× g, temperature 26 °C using method. activity 4.625 U/mL under optimal conditions. In addition good activity, may have potential convert cellulose into useful compounds.

Screening of Alginate Lyase-Producing Bacteria and Optimization of Media Compositions for Extracellular Alginate Lyase Production
Background: Alginate is a linear polysaccharide consisting of guluronate (polyG) and mannuronate (polyM) subunits. Methods: In the initial screening of alginate-degrading bacteria from soil, 10 isolates were able to grow on minimal medium containing alginate. The optimization of cell growth and alginate lyase (algL) production was carried out by the addition of 0.8% alginate and 0.2-0.3 M NaCl ...
متن کاملIsolation and Screening of Cellulose Degrading Bacteria in Kitchen Waste and Detecting Their Degrading Potential
The present paper investigates cellulose degrading bacteria present in kitchen waste for highest cellulase activity and growth of bacteria at optimum temperature and pH. Sample was collected from domestic kitchen waste and bacterial strains were isolated using nutrient agar media. Enrichment technique was used for isolating CDB (cellulose degrading bacteria) strains. The objective of research w...
متن کاملIsolation and molecular identification of bacteria producing alkaline phosphatase enzyme from environmental sources
Alkaline phosphatase (ortho phosphate, monoester hydrolase phosphoinositide E. C. 3.1.3.1) is a non-specific metalloproteinase enzyme that is located inside periplasmic space of bacteria. This enzyme is used to measure freshwater sediment in genetic engineering for cleaning water. Isolation and molecular identification of the bacteria producing alkaline phosphatase and comparison of its product...
متن کاملScreening and identification of biosurfactant producing marine bacteria from the Caspian Sea
Marine microorganisms have unique physiological properties and novel metabolites such as biosurfactant to live in extreme habitats (e.g. oil polluted environment). The aim of this study was to characterize some biosurfactant-producing bacteria collected from sediment and seawater samples from the Caspian Sea. These bacteria were isolated using enrichment method in ONR7a medium with crude oil as...
متن کاملIsolation, Screening and Characterization of Hyaluronidase Producing Bacteria
Hyaluronidase has a panoramic use in biotechnology processes and therapy due to its therapeutic, pathophysiological, physiological and biological importance. Since much of the preparations of hyaluronidases are from animal source (bovine and ovine testicular sources) with limited sources of microbial origin, that prompted the authors to screen and isolate a new promising bacterial strain ...
